Over time, the role of the sports agent has taken on increasing importance in the life of athletes, not only for the care of contractual aspects, but also in the various moments of everyday life.

For this reason, the EMOD Sport Protection Agency benefits from the collaboration of important professionals in the sports sector to provide complete and qualified assistance to athletes.
DOMENICO ESPOSITO

Lawyer - Sports Agent

He grew up in the football world from an early age, training as a footballer in his own city and making his debut in the first team in the Campania Promotion championship with Virtus Sarno. Later he joins Ippogrifo Sarno in the championship of Campania Excellence, Pro Pagani, Alfaterna and Solofra, with which he celebrates his 100 appearances in the yellow and blue jersey, also wearing the captain's armband.
Alongside his football career, he continued his studies by enrolling in the Faculty of Law, graduating in April 2018 and obtaining the qualification to practice as a lawyer in October 2020.
In 2019, following the introduction of the compulsory exam for aspiring sports agents, in the first exam session he is one of 8 enrolled out of 800 participants to pass the double exam at CONI and the FIGC.
In the same year he founded the EMOD Sport Protection Agency.
MARCO VECCHIONE

Lawyer - Head of legal area

The lawyer Marco Vecchione is a partner of the Vecchione Associate Law Firm, where he has been practicing lawyer since 2010 in the field of civil law, labor law and sports law.
He’s a member of the Federal Appeals Court of the FIPT. He is tutor of the Course in Sports Law and Sports Justice "Lucio Colantuoni" at the University of Milan and is a Subject Expert in Commercial Law at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
He holds a master's degree in "Sports law and labor relations in sport" at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
He collaborated with the "Coccia, De Angelis, Vecchio & Associati" firm in Rome and, in particular, with the lawyer Mario Vigna, Deputy National Anti-Doping Attorney, providing assistance in relation to disputes of sports clubs of primary national and international importance.
He is the author of publications in legal journals and books in the field of sports law.
He participates, as a speaker, in events and conferences of sports law throughout the national territory.
He is the head of the legal area of the EMOD Sport Protection Agency.
NICOLA MONTANILE

Head of scouting area

He grew up in the football world from the age of 10, training as a footballer in various youth sectors in Campania and making his debut at 16 in the Campania Promotion championship. At the age of 18 he moved to Germany where he continued his football activity until the age of 22.
Back in Italy, he dedicated himself to the observation and research of new talents in the world of football, in which he has been working for several years in the national level.
He has perfected his skills by participating in specialization courses for carrying out the profession of sports agent and football observer.
He has collaborated with internationally renowned sports agents and with observers of professional clubs.
He is the head of the observatories and scouting area of the EMOD Sport Protection Agency.
VALERIO CONTI

Head of youth sectors

He grew up as a footballer in the Lazio youth teams from the age of 8, and then subsequently trained in various regional youth sectors.
In 2008 he graduated and at the same time began to collaborate with some football schools in Rome, taking care of observing and finding young talents.
Later, he collaborates with various Scouting managers of Serie A clubs, observing young players for the first teams.
He is the head of the youth sectors for the EMOD Sport Protection Agency.
